Dr. John Harrell, DMD

I got my first dental implant from this doctor in 2008. I have had many appts since then with ups and downs mostly due to outside influences and office staff I believe that no longer work in his office. I haven't had to go in several years. The other day I was talking with someone about my implants and realized how lucky I was and how grateful I am because after all these years his work is still awesome. Not sure I ever told him thank you but Dr. Harrell, thank you! My implants are going strong and doing great! I definitely would stand by his work any day!

Dr. Harrell and his esteemed staff have been a delight to visit (And, I don't like going to the dentist!) !!!I've been getting a deep teeth cleaning at their office for more years than I can count. And, recently, I had to have a few teeth extracted that were getting loose. Old age does that to you!Every time I get into their dentist chair, I feel like they truly care about my oral welfare. They are not the cheapest in town - but, I would definitely bet that they are the best of the best!Bob P.

What could be Improved1. No comprehensive plan or clear directions for positive outcome2. Didn’t listen or answer questions3. Didn’t explain condition and care well4. Staff was not friendly5. Did not trust providers decisions6. Perhaps you should consider retirement

I have been seeing Dr Harrell for 15 years. He is so gentle and professional. No one likes to have dental work , but I trust him. That’s not so easy to find in this type of profession.

I have been seeing Dr. Harrell for over 20 years and never had a complaint.

Dr Harrell and his staff are the best. They have cared for me for over 10’years now. Without his care I would be in dentures. Nikki is the best on cleaning as well as taking her time to explain the care I need to do between visits.

I paid Slone $40,000 over the years. I had to pay her for all HER work to be re-cemented which most likely paid for her office manager/husband's Porsche. I found them to be very greedy. Will aka Doug Hembree Midtown Atl 30309

Dr. Harrell just did my gum surgery & two bone grafts (about 3 weeks ago) and he did an exceptionally good job. The procedure was very easy, even though I was awake with only novocaine. I followed the post-op instructions carefully and had almost no pain, bruising or swelling during the recovery. Even the removal of stitches (done by his assistant Michele) was easy and not painful at all. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. I was amazed and grateful for such a positive experience!

Been using him for all my major work, including my daughter at age 13. I will never go anywhere else. So many good things to say!

Wonderful office! Everyone was so welcoming & friendly. Dr. Harrell took a lot of time with me explaining my procedure in detail. Although not in network with my insurance company, I still will continue to go here because I want a Dr. I can trust. Great experience!
