I have to give 3 stars - great dentist but the office policies are in need of work. After 2 months of waiting for my appt I get a call 2 days before my appt and they had to cancel it because they decided to have a "training day". (it was a Friday)
Then, they rescheduled my appt without my consent. I then had to call and cancel that because it was not convenient.
I just feel very annoyed at the way this went down. emergencies - I understand - training days? not so much.

The best dentist office in Colorado Springs. Not only are the Dentists great but the office lady's, assistance and the hygienist's all treat you like family. I have been gong here for several years and trust them whole heartily.

Everyone in this office is so friendly and welcoming! Had my teeth cleaned by Tori who was awesome and Dr. Nye was so sweet! Thank you everyone at Lydiatt and Duru for putting me at ease!!!

Dr. Lydiatt is great. I am not a big fan of dentist, but going to Dr. Lydiatt's office has changed that. The whole staff is so welcoming and Dr. Lydiatt puts you at ease. Linda, the hygentist I saw today was great. She made sure I was comfortable and everything was ok and did a fantastic job.

Very pleased with this whole practice! From receptionists, to hygienists, to the doctor and everyone in between. I needed a crown & Dr. Lydiatt and Susie were great. This is the first crown he has made for me, and I can say that this is also the first time I have never had a problem afterwards, having to go back to have it adjusted, or any pain! I highly recommend them for your family.

Run! Worst experience my family has ever had with a dentist, we are still having our daughters teeth fixed. Unethical, no integrity and questionable billing practices.

Dishonest, complete lack of integrity and/or ethics. Family of four, and we were patients for 6 years. Very questionable pricing/billing practices. Protect your family, do not use this dentist.
