I went in to the office for a cleaning on 11/15/16. My family and i have been paitents of Northcutt for about two years now, but i have never gotten a basic cleaning at Northcutt and had to go home and immediately brush and floss my teeth. I recently got braces, and expected better hygiene practices from the person cleaning my teeth. She did not floss my teeth, which is very important with braces, she didnt even let me rinse with mouthwash. What a rushed awful job they did!
