Dr. John Ong, DDS

Dr Ong did an excellent job replacing a crown on my front tooth. His ability to use a 3D printer to make very high quality crowns and make real-time shading adjustments is a big plus. Office not terribly impressive but that takes nothing away from the excellent work and staff friendliness

Went with a friend that had two Crowns done and she came out smiling. She was so happy and said it was a a good experience. I love Yanira their hygienist, she is the best in town. I have my teeth cleaned every 4 months because of her skills. Never any issues or discomfort.

I would never go to this Dentist again. First thing I noticed was that he would not look me in the eye. His demeaner was condescending and told me several times I should perhaps find another dentist. After more comments about doing it his way, compared to my other dentist, I got up and said, "You're right I will go some where else. He then said, "Thanks for wasting my time!" How about my time? Worst dental experience ever. Also witnessed a lizard crawling around on floor under my chair.

Is Dr. John Ong bipolar? Why am I asking? No reason at all. It would not be because he was disrespectful to me by saying that my front teeth are not, in his own words, nail clippers. He stated possibilities for my teeth being cracked, After he talked,I responded. Right in the middle of my statement, he abruptly interrupted me. When told I him it was not right to do so, he responded that he did not want to loose his train of thought. To which I said So did I. Arrogant? Nah!
