HIPAA... What's that? the staff clearly has no idea. The Doctor is great and knowledgable but that's about it...Oh, and the location is convenient. Unfortunately, everything else SUCKS so bad the number of stars I give this Office are affected. None of my bills have made any sense. Paying them isn't the problem but getting a respectable answer is. You'd think if my bill is $100 and I pay $50, then the balance is $50....not so much here. More like pay $100, owe $800 more and no one knows why.

We're almost finished; but it seems like yesterday! Everything has gone very well. When Kenny did have any problems like loose bracket or wires they are always ready to help. There is such a difference in Kenny's apperance: I LOVE our experience with Dr.Peden. This was our fourth child to have braces so yes i do know!
