Doctor office asking for money before billing insurance. They also asking for X-rays when I told them my dentist who recommended has them. Person at front desk was very rude.. cancelled my appointment based on how I was treated

When I brought my daughter in for her consult, things were fine. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, and answered all my questions about insurance. Dr. Prather and his staff were nice enough, though he didn't seem very friendly at all. Ashley did my daughter's consult and she was wonderful. The day of surgery was a different story. My daughter stated that Jessica was very abrupt with her, and while I sat with my daughter in recovery, Chelsea was extremely rude. When I noted to her that she sounded like she was almost yelling at me, she snippily replied "that's just how I talk" Not even the niceness of the front desk and Ashley can make up for the other staff. I will not be bringing my other children back to this office.

Well I’m 73 had severe TN for 4.8 years so Ive been to a number of dentists over the years. Dr Prather performed the best extraction Ive ever had and just got the Implant and ‘its not my first’ but by far the best! Oh and the office and instructions also excellent. So glad I found them!

Office staff is wonderful- Bobbie was patient with us and help us figure out Insurance coverage for services!! Both of my children have been to the office for wisdom teeth extractions and I will refer anyone that needs work done here!!

After a terrible visit, being accused by the receptionist of being rude, questioning the cost! The oral surgeon spent no more than 10 minutes total time to extract 2 teeth, leaving pieces of the two teeth that are now working there way through my gums! I could not in good faith recommend this guy to walk my dog let alone work a mouth!

Just had an upper molar pulled. All told took little over 20 minutes...numbing, get some nitrous oxide, pull, that’s it....probably only 4-5 min on getting tooth and roots out. Never felt a thing, either on the numbing shots or extraction. Very gentle, assistant did great job removing blood...as extractions go, this was great! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

excellent care from Dr Prather. Caring and compassionate staff. everyone at the front desk was friendly, kind and helpful. Chelsea was amazing at preparing client for the procedure. Dr. Prather very professional and also kind, caring and compassionate. Great listening skills, clear explanations and the procedure went very well. So pleased to have found this wonderful Oral and Facial Surgeon and office. Would highly recommend this Physician and Office

I had my two bottom wisdom teeth removed, the staff was friendly and seemed to have taken the time needed to get the job done as best as possible. Not that i have a ton of experience with getting wisdom teeth removed, but if i had the chance, i would come back...? is that something people say after getting surgery? weird. thanks again guys.

No complaints, everything was great. No problems from beginning to end.

Rather simple and straightforward, everything done was done so with great care, and efficiency. I have absolutely no pain, or negative comments about anyone at this facility, they are all so friendly, and extremely professional. Dr. Prather was an excellent man, and answered everything I had to ask, and showed good character.

Cant stay enough positive about the staff and Dr Prather... This was the easiest surgery I have had to date for dental... I will be returning for future items
