I've been going to Dr. Ritchie for 42 yrs. as well as my family. They are nice understanding ,We are sad to see him retire but every good thing comes to a end.Good luck and thank you for all your time and care Cherrie and Family

Dr. Ritchie and staff are friendly and helpful. My whole family has dealt with him and we are all very satisfied. He lets you know what is going on without beating around the bush. Would recommend to anyone.

Front desk assistant is friendly, hygenist is friendly as well. Dr. Ritchie is soft spoken yet personable. I have been a patient for 4 years and he has never suggested uneccessary work (like some larger practices). He truly seems concerned about dental care. He has been consistent but not pushy about my daughter's need for further care with an orthodontist. I am also able to leave my children in the waiting room or have the youngest come with me for my cleaning.

Dr. Ritchie was absolutely condescending and RUDE!! First they had an attitude because they found out that I had tried a different dentist. Then he told me I needed to leave my 4 year old son in the waiting room ALONE! No decent mom in their right mind would be ok with that. When I told him no, he said its hard for him to concentrate with kids around. He then examined me for about 2 minutes, when I told him where my tooth was hurting he shrugged and said could be your TMJ.
