I had a very professional experience today at Great Expressions. I had a tooth that needed to be prepped for a crown. Dr. Symenko did a wonderful job in doing that & today I had the permanent crown put in.

Staff is pleasant and professional. Hygienist performed a superb service. The dentist was pleasant and highly professional. A very good experience.

Excellent first visit. Office staff addressed my billing concerns swiftly, professionally and accurately. Hygienist was very detailed and gave good advice. Doctor took the time to talk to me. He was also professional, friendly and seemed very trustworthy.

Jessica was terrific......had a very light touch while doing X-rays and cleaning. Explained everything as she proceeded. During and after my visit, with help from Diamond, discovered that GE’s computer system had our insurance coverage with a carrier we haven’t had since 2013, which is why two claims and a pre-D for my wife were never processed. This is, even though our current carrier, Delta Dental of California has been our carrier for the last 7 years. Glad it’s resolved.

I had a fabulous experience from beginning to end! The level of professionalism including all front desk staff, the X-ray tech Christine, the hygienist Elvira, and Dr Symecko, was exceptional!!

First time patient didn't go very well was not impressed the lady that takes the x-rays tripped on the wire that was holding the x-ray film in my mouth it almost ripped the whole piece out of my mouth then the lady that does the cleanings was rushing because I heard a female voice say to her your about to start a cleaning now it's 6 o'clock so that was the fastest I've ever had my teeth cleaned water all over my face was not impressed will be looking for a new Dentist the Dentist himself was good just not comfortable going back now

I was seen for a routine checkup . Jessica, the dental hygienist was extremely competent and gentle, and also very friendly. Dr. Symecko is very to professional, has a great chair side manner , and discussed a treatment plan with me. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist

The hygienist is such a sweet young woman she was so kind made me feel welcome, understood and cared for. She took the time to answer questions for treatments and she was so patient with me even though I was squirming around. The only minor inconvenience was the office, the rooms are so small and cramped and building need a good refurbishing. ???
