Dr. John Tucker, DDS

Office staff is extremely incompetent. I had a root canal done without insurance. I was a new patient. My family member had been a patient there for many years so when I went for my procedure, he came with me to arrange for the bill to be paid. He already had a monthly bill with them so they worked it out to where my balance basically got tacked onto his, in essence. Some time had passed, I called and made an appointment to have 2 cavities filled which are causing me severe pain. They said they can see me in about 10 days. I agreed. Upon my arrival at my appointment ten days later, they refused to see me because of my outstanding balance. I had taken time off work for this appointment and prior financial agreements with this business had already been made. Their office staff most likely did not take proper notes regarding this whole situation. So not only did I miss out on a day of work, I am still in severe pain, I have to find another dentist to go to, wait a long time for my appointment and take ANOTHER day off work. When I tried to get to the bottom of this issue I was treated like trash by the women in the office. Throwing their opinions at me. I will never return and I hope you don't choose this dentist. This could happen to anyone. This was such a huge inconvenience. I am extremely busy, working full time and I foster. This is the least professional dentist I have ever been to in my entire life and I have been to almost a dozen. If I could give negative stars I would. If you want to be treated like trash, choose Dr. Harrison and Tucker.
