No one ever wants a root canal. It is a scary thought. But Dr. Williams and his staff are so caring and clearly want patients to be comfortable and to have a pleasant experience. I didn't even feel the shot - he is that good. He takes his time, thoroughly explains the entire procedure and gives you a play by play throughout the entire process. Dr. Williams is very nice, soft spoken and makes you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend him if you want the best possible care.
