Dr. Jon Scott, DDS

My gf recommended me and my daughter. Said they were reasonable. I went for consult a few weeks after her. They charged me $2000 more than her. It was still to me not too bad so I start my xments. I call about my appt speak to front staff cause they times they have to get in aren't very flexible, she knew I was coming in, I get there they turn me around said I couldn't be more than 10 mins late. They wasn't at the desk so I waited I asked about the time she said it was 13 after, there was some construction work by the hospital. I left my work to make it there. I asked my friend, she says they don't do this to her. I use a magnifier to see documents, fill out paperwork. They have bn observing me do this for 7 months now. I go in to pay, they said I'm 3 months behind. Surely I cannot be. I missed a payment in March nothing said. Missed a payment in June nothing said. I leave my job cutting my hrs short to be there 20 mins early and I put my payments on autopay.

Terrible office. DO NOT come here unless you want to have to pay for treatment twice. I just got braces off earlier this year after repeatedly telling Dr. Scott that I was not happy with the way my teeth looked. He still took them off, not only did he take them off but never took the glue off of my teeth. I went back several times complaining about the flaring of my teeth and my crooked bite but he refused to address any of my concerns. The orthodontist I am now seeing is having to correct 10x more mistakes and problems that I have that I never had before braces. Sad excuse for a practice and he needs to retire.

I would recommend Dr. Scott to my family and friends. He listens to you and the staff our great !!! I think that if you do the right thing with the care of your teeth you shouldn't have a problem.

If it was possible to give negative stars I certainly would. Dr. Scott did not address my concerns or even acknowledge that my treatment was incomplete at the time of the removal of my braces. As a matter of fact he removed the braces a year before and had to reapply them when he realized the treatment was incomplete. Unless you want to pay for your treatment twice I would never recommend Dr. Jon Scott

Do not come here for dental services they do not value your business. I would never recommend a company that does not value my business as a consumer we have plenty of options for dental care . If you are looking for a dental office pick one that knows you have many options and appreciates you doing business with them.

Refused to listen to my Dentist's recommendation and continued to open up a gap in my teeth. Completely changed my bite and the appearance of my teeth and disregarded my discomfort. I highly recommend you choose someone else. What's worse, the Va Beach location (the one I went to) was shut down.
