Dr. Jonathan Bamel, DMD

Dr. Bamel is an excellent and experienced dentist. Over the last 9-years I've not changed my dental office even after my work moved from Newton to Boston and then to Cambridge. He is very kind and positive not only with his patients but also with his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Bamel (and his office).

Mine is an unsolicited review for Dr Bamel. He is an excellent, experienced and talented dental surgeon, with years of experience in the same practice. He listens well and explains the treatment he is providing; and he answers questions in a simplified manner so the patient can understand and react well, even under extreme circumstances - for example a tooth extraction. I had severe pain and contacted the office over the weekend: surprisingly, I received a text message within minutes, and was able to schedule an appointment within hours on the following Monday. I wish I could give Dr Bamel ten stars, not five, and only wish I had written this review many years earlier.

First off I would like to say that I have had extensive work done on my teeth over my 62 years of life. I have had so much work that I have started reading up on dental procedures and for a non medical person I do know more than the average Joe about dentistry. Here are my observations about Dr. Bamel. He is fast, precise and really seems to be into his work. He is friendly but wants to get working on the matter at hand quickly....a no nonsense guy. PAIN??...he's real good. Minimal discomfort
