Dr. Jonathan Denton, DMD

I feel, that I should follow up, a previous, review, Dr.Denton, Endodontist. Went to him, for a complicated root canal,my fear,and having Menirres disease, which magnifies, my nerves!! etc. The amount of gas administered, was not strong enough, The Drill!! I had a very bad nerve racking experience. He implied, that tooth was not needed to chew, that hurt my feelings, wanted to save that tooth. l Need it to chew. Hindsight, he preformed an excellent root canal. No Pain! Just aggravation!!

Needed, a more complicated root canal, with our insurance, Dr. Denton was recommended. Feeling reassured , it's so important, because of my fear of being in a dental chair. Especially, the drilling, I have mienerrs disease, ad my nerves are sensitive. First the Doctor, was rude, questioning, if I even need root canal, the gas they gave, was such a small amount It was totally un-effective, a horrible experience,not only did I need a root canal, but have to go back. Hoping for better treatment.

My tooth #30 had two problems. My dentist recommended to remove it. Since I insisted to keep the tooth, he sent me to visit Dr. Denton. He consulted his colleague, a periodontist. Together, they explained the pros and cons of the root canal treatment. It took me three trips to get the procedure done. Dr. Denton was very thorough in taking time to make sure (through X-ray) that the procedure was properly done. The nurses and administration staff were all very nice and helpful.
