Horrible.!
I took my 2 boys 14 & 16 to Jonathan Rector for cleanings. My oldest has Invisalign, and my youngest needs braces, but before getting braces he needs couple teeth extracted. I thought I would find this out at this visit, but I never spoke with the dentist. I checked both boys in and went to the restroom, when I returned my youngest was already callled back. Never came to get me when finished to speak with Dr. Rector. NOPE !! Both boys seen and I never once laid eyes on this dentist. I was told by 2 different females that my boys needed several things done and would need referred out. Plus they did x-rays AGAIN when they were not needed because of the full panaramic x-rays for the Invisalign and the soon to be braces. One of the ladies was very sarcastic when I had questions about procedures. Let's call her Sarah. I left feeling very overwhelmed and not once did I see, or speak with ANY doctor. !!!! What dentist sees 2 minors and not speak with the parent.? HORRIBLE.!!!!!!!
