Wrong diagnosis, recommended unnecessary work
I saw Dr. Royal for sensitivity and discomfort. He said the problem was a cracked tooth that could only be repaired with a crown. I was uncomfortable with his rushed diagnosis for an expensive crown, so I got a second opinion. The new dentist found a slight crack but said that was not the cause of my pain. Instead, a large cavity and gingivitis in a nearby tooth was radiating pain throughout my gum. She fixed the cavity, and that resolved the issue 100%.

I found Dr. Royal to be impatient, harsh and rude. He comes across friendly but he makes comments while he is working with you that are a bit smart mouthed and sarcastic and also too familiar. Dental work was the worse. Had to leave and still in repair of the bad dentistry. Not impressed. Not acceptable. Sorry. Been to many dentist - the worst in all my years.

I had a cleaning today and as usual the visit was excellent. I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. I had zero wait time. Valerie my hygienist was gentle, reassuring and professional. I left the office as I always do, feeling I had great service delivered in a caring, efficient manner.

The front desk was courteous and welcoming. The office space was bright, clean, and homey. The hygienist Valerie was everything I had hoped for, pleasant, knowledgeable, and gentle. Dr. Royal had a pleasant and humorous chair side manor. I would recommend this office anyone looking for dental care.

Nice office environment, and Dr. Royal seemed very nice during my initial exam. Unfortunately, he wasn't so pleasant when I was under sedation during my procedure. I honestly felt like he didn't think I would remember because of the sedation, but I remember very clearly. I found him to be rude and very rough with the procedure. I only got fillings and couldn't eat normally for TWO MONTHS.

I did not meet with the whole staff today, but the ones that I did meet with, we're amazing!! So gentle, so kind, thorough, professional, relaxed atmosphere. Clean and cozy office. What a relief to find this place, I would definitely recommend Vero Spa to my friends, clientele & family!
