adjustments for 2 months after I got the new plate. Even telling me that, and I quote, "You shouldn't need anything more than saliva or water to almost adhere, via suction, the plate to your gums." So, the day after I get the plate, first adjustment, just grinding away at small areas that cause sore spots. Feels better, he says, "Give it a week and see how it feels." A week goes by and I'm noticing how the plate is shifting while I chew. Feels a bit loose. 2nd visit for adjustments and he grinds down a spot that was an issue. OK, now I tell him that they were loose, no matter how wet the inside of my mouth was. He tells me, "There's nothing I can do about that." I'm stunned. Almost $1000 for an upper denture plate and it doesn't fit right, nor will he fix the problem. This dentist is all about the money. He cares for the patient as long as the money lasts.

Dr. Ferreira and his office staff provided a great level of trust in explaining medical conditions during my scheduled time and results were GREAT!!!. I would recommending Dr. Ferreira to Family and friends.

Mother of special needs child & had to reschedule appt ahead of time. Then seen had major pain & infection. Was scheduled to be seen again. Next appt was in major car accident hit by drunk driver& missed appt. Called to reschedule was told to call in morning, called they said to call next morning. Next morning told due to cancellation they would no longer schedule me to see dentist. Left me in major pain! No consideration for patients as if I wanted to miss my appt & stay in pain. Ridiculous!
