I'm extremely disappointed with the experience my family had with Dental Solutions of Winter Haven. Not only did they incorrectly bill my wife, the mother, for my adult son's dental care despite him having his own insurance, but they also refused to remove her from the bill. According to their staff, their system wouldn't allow it until my son paid the entire bill.To make matters worse, the dental work they performed on my son was subpar. The work only lasted a couple of days, which is unacceptable for the cost and expectations of quality care.When my wife tried to address these issues with their staff over the phone, she was met with rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. Attempting to rectify the situation in person was equally unsuccessful. The staff's refusal to listen to my concerns and resolve the billing issue is appalling.As a patient's family member, I expect a certain level of respect, professionalism, and quality care. My husband and I both see Dr, Cruz, He had lower implants and is extremely happy with them. On my first visit I was very satisfied. I had xrays, examination and teeth cleaned. He and his staff are all very professional and everything was completed in a timely manner. We will continue to go there and refer our friends.

I am unable to comment on Dr. Cruz, as I never made it to the dental chair. Made my appt. a week in advance, received a confirmation reminder the day befor the appt and received a call from his office the day of appt to confirm that I was coming. Arrived to appt 30 mins early, as instructed to complete paperwork as requested. An hour later I am still in the waiting area, only to be advised they scheduled my appt "out to the side", "someone called off" "there's only one of us in the office" it will be 10 more minutes. I will not be back to this office.
