He made my upper partial denture too big, he used me as a guinea pig and to practice on as I was told by his assistant with a new digital imaging impression machine that he had just purchased about 6 weeks before. He was well aware that I suffered with PTSD. The day of getting the top partial after 6 months of going there. as I was being practiced on by this new impression machine he dropped the wand, pick it back up put it back in my mouth and proceeded. Well his assistant and him are arguing back and forth she's saying you made it he made a big mistake dropping the Wand, she asked him a question he said they were erased when he dropped the wand ,so I was scheduled to go back in the next week for a second impression to make sure that it would fit when I went back the next week I was told that I didn't need a second digital impression. the upper partial was too big it got stuck causing me to bleed and suffer an awful PTSD breakdown,and he will not refund my money.
