Absolutely wonderful, as always. Kelly is fantastic. Friendly, professional & thorough. I grew up in the UK with NHS Dental Care, during the 60’s & 70’s! A terrible experience, with a cruel dentist, therefore very traumatic. So, as an adult, I was a true coward! However, over the years of being a patient of Dr DiSano @ South County Smiles, I am far more comfortable visiting the dentist. My hygienist Kelly, is so gentle, caring and respectful of my past fears. Dare I say, it’s a pleasurable experience! As I write this, I cannot believe I just said that! Wow, I’ve come a long way with the help and support of Kelly, Dr DiSano and the South County Smiles team. Thank you so very much, Kelly. If you are a nervous, cowardly dental patient, I highly recommend South County Smiles. They will treat you with respect & compassion. Heather

I am new to RI and went to Dr DiSano for a second opinion...as it turned out I was very comfortable with my visit at South Cty Smiles and decided it is the right place for me!! Mary was also wonderful!! They were both very thorough and took the time to explain the situation and options!! The office staff are also great!! Happy to have found South Cty Smiles and highly recommend them!!

I am new to South County and was glad I found South County Smiles. I was able to schedule an appointment next day. My hygienist Mary was friendly and was very thorough. Dr. Bottaro also was very friendly and took time to review my x-rays and exam. I would recommend South County Smiles.

Dr. Disano and his team truly are amazing! Despite having severe TMJ and plenty of dental anxiety I am at ease when I am at the office with them! They are sure to make my appointment as quick as possible while also allowing me to stop as needed and rest my jaw. Their patience with patients and chair side manners are amazing!

My technician, Allegra, is extremely knowledgeable about dental hygiene and technique. A good communicator. And very thorough!

Follow-up visit with Dr. Nagy. She is professional, understanding, and doesn’t talk down to you even if you don’t understand the language. I would highly recommend her for any of your periodontic needs.

From the receptionist up....everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. The staff is very willing to accommodate a patients schedule in order to ensure a convient appointment day and time. Allegra, one of the hygienist was very gentle yet thorough. She listened to my concerns and put me at ease. Dr. Disano is an excellent dentist. I had more involved work on my teeth several years ago and the dental work by Dr. Disano is still in great shape and holding up excellent! Dr. Disano is a friendly dentist who is easy to talk to and who genuinely listens. He never makes you feel trivial nor does he ever minimize any anxieties a patient has. Dr. Disano offers options to put a patient at ease. I would travel a distance to be treated by Dr. Disano because of how good he is. Dr. Disano offers multiple payment options and his financial manager makes this comfortable and manageable for the patient.

My only regret is I did not find Dr Disano and South County Smiles sooner. Professional, extremely concerned staff makes the dental experience positive. I look forward to each visit, cannot wait for my next appointment.

The team is very friendly and takes good care of me, whether I am having a cleaning, or having a dental issue resolved. Even though I’ve moved, I continue to drive 45 minutes to my appointments. They have my trust.
