My name is Quentin and I had a root canal by Dr. Madison and afterwards it began to hurt. I was referred to an endodontist to correct his work. Years later the same tooth had to have another root canal while in Florida. The endodontist did a 3D exray and found not one stem but three stems in this tooth. I would never go to this dentist for a root canal.

Be forewarned... I had an appointment at 4p, left work 1 1/2 hours early to be sure I was on time, arrived about 18 minutes ahead of my appointment, at 3:54 a man showed up and spoke with the receptionist, heard her say she would check with the Dr., she got up, took his record and left, then came back and asked him to sit for a few minutes. At 4:01p the door opened and they called him back. I said to the receptionist "I have an appointment at 4p. Are you guys taking walk ins ahead of me." To wh
