I have been waiting over 1 1/2 months to get a jaw scan scheduled so I can move forward with my implants. The Mt. Pleasant office continuously fails to return phone calls. I called over 5 times and was finally informed my chart had been sent to their Lansing office. I called the Lansing office and they never got back with me after several phone calls. I finally called again and was advised the doctor was reviewing my file, even though I had met with him in person weeks ago. The Lansing office finally told me, after calling again, that my file was being forward to Elon to schedule the scan and that I would have to call them. Very poorly organized office, very unprofessional.

Very friendly & caring as soon as walking in there door. Made me feel at ease. I was amazed! I truly didn't mind having oral surgery. I felt so comfy there.

I don’t think anyone could say they love having any kind of oral surgery but if you have to have work done I would highly recommend Dr. Mauro! I had an implant put in for a missing tooth and the whole experience went great. If anyone is considering an implant don’t hesitate! The whole process only took 10 or 15 minutes and I only had one day of slight discomfort. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was called for follow up visits during the healing process and I have to say their receptionist is the nicest lady and was always concerned about my comfort and very friendly. I wish more businesses treated their patients like this! Dr. Mauro is a very knowledgeable surgeon and I give his practice two thumbs up!!!

Dr mauro saw my elderly mom as an emergency first time patient due to sore in her mouth. Receptionist girls were so nice and welcoming. Dr took one look at her mouth and knew it had to be biopsied immediately. He explained everything to us. As soon as results came in, he called immediately. He referred my mom to a specialist, called her oncologist and surgeon to update them as well on results. He truly went above and beyond for my mom. We are so appreciative for all He did and his wonderful staff. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an oral surgeon for anything.

Excellent, in every single aspect. I'd give the doctor and the staff a rating of 10+ if I could. Welcoming, friendly, kind, everyone put me at ease and I would shout how great they are from the rooftop if I could. Impossible to say enough good things about all of them.

I was referred to Dr. Mauro by my family dentist to get a wisdom tooth pulled. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They verified my insurance before hand and told me my copay up front. I used local anesthesia for the procedure. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Surprisingly, I have not had any pain from the procedure. They also called me that evening and the following day to check on me. Excellent service. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of an oral surgeon.

Wonderful Dentist and staff. They will make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. The procedure was quick and fast. I would recommend this oral surgeon to my friends and family.

My wife and friends has their wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Mauro was by far and away a much better experience that I have have witnessed. He did am amazing job.

I won’t lie, I was very nervous. I’m 25, a former cancer patient, and my oral health is wack. I had a really bad wisdom tooth that needed out along with 2 other molars it effected. I went in, they gave me some gas before they put me under. He was so sweet and so was all of the staff(nurses and office personnel). He called me sweetie before I passed out and it soothed me. Which for some reason worked lol. If I were to have any other issues I must see this guy. I won’t go back to local anesthetic for teeth that need surgically removed. It was far more easy no matter how goofy I was after. Amazing office, amazing dentist, 5 stars. 10/10 will let them knock me out again.
