Dr. Joseph Suffridge, DDS

Today Dr. Suffridge made me feel like I made the wrong choice by trusting him. He’s very knowledgeable and knows his stuff BUT the way he talked to me today reminded me where I was, in Arkansas. It’s sad to say in 2024, you can feel like that. I went in so positive and left in tears. Not because of the procedure,but because he made me feel less than a person. I was nervous granted going for a root canal and I even expressed that. I moved one time doin the procedure and he went off on me. Saying he’s not going to put up with it. I looked like wow. Then he went on to say that he was going to ignore me from that point on and referring to the story, the boy who cried wolf as if he was saying that’s me. I’m 40 years old, I’m not understanding why this man is talking to me like this and I’m paying. Front desk person was rude. Idk what was going on. But I feel like the color of my skin predicted my treatment today. I will never go back and will never forget how I was treated today.

I had an emergency during Covid and he did the root canal that day. I looked him up when I needed a root canal this week. It is wonderful to have this service in eldorado. I had my consult and he could do the surgery the same day. He os fast, knowledgeable and no nonsense. He gives you your choices fast and explains in layman's terms. I am very pleased with the results.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Dr and staff were extremely rude!

Dr. Cain referred me. Trust me, a regular root canal is not the boss of pain compared to a redo. Dr Sufffidge did a great job. Was upfront about the pain & honest to recommend to pull it instead as it could be a cracked issue. I had faith it was worthwhile (based on it being an infection). It worked, praise be to God. Throbbed for a long time but no more ache keeping ya up all night. Four years later still good.

The staff very rude. My apt time was 11:00 I arrived at 11:04 according to my iphone. Since I hadn't filled out my paperwork that was suppose to have been emailed to me I had to fill it out there which was fine, but since that put me off schedule they were not going to do my procedure. A trip for nothing! Dr. explained time is my money well hell yes mine is too! You would think if you don't get a response back from email you could PICK UP A PHONE and talk with the client! I won't be back
