Dr. Joseph Walker, DDS

Once I was informed that Dr. Walker had put a hole in my tooth. He became very unprofessional when I refused to pay for a implant on my other tooth that helped support my bridge.

My highest recommendation! I had several teeth that needed removed - something I’ve been putting it off for a long time! Dr. Walker took the time to get to know me and explain my options and the procedures he recommended. As he promised, he made sure it did not hurt! His dental assistants and office staff were wonderful too. Initially, my insurance rejected the recommended procedure - which was my best option, but they worked to get it approved. I later learned Dr .Walker taught Dentistry at Case Western Reserve for several years. Also learned he was one of few Dentists who stayed open and kept seeing patients during Covid. He is a very skilled and experienced Dentist, and a kind person who obviously loves what he does. I am very glad I found him! If you need dental work done but you've been putting it off like I did - or if youre looking for a Dental practice that will care for you - go see Dr. Walker!

Only 2 days after receiving antibiotics from Urgent Care to treat the infection in my jaw that had made one side of my face swell up like a pumpkin, this guy put his finger in my mouth and pulled my cheek to the side like a fish hook! When I cried out in pain (obviously) he jumped back with his hands up and told me that I needed to calm down or else he would not treat me. The dental assistant managed to put in sensors for 2 different xrays without hurting me...so why couldn't he be careful?!?

He doesn't explain what he's going to do or prepare you for how bad you will feel afterwards. I told him several times I wasn't numb and he just told me to stop moving. He has terrible bedside manner, felt like he was rushing through my procedure. I hope I never have to see him again, he's so awful
