What stood out was Dr Yale's refusal to examine my son. He was the only pediatric dentist available (on-call), and told me over the phone that he would not bother coming to the hospital to treat or examine my 7-year-old son whose two front PERMANENT teeth had been knocked out. He patronized and insulted me, asked with paranoia if I was accusing him of lying (??!), and said it would not be worth it for him to make the 5-minute drive from his house to the hospital. We have filed a complaint with the State Board of Dentistry. I was and remain disgusted by this grossly negligent behavior.
