Bad front desk
Dr is good but don't go if you don't have insurance they rip you off.they never explan how much it's going to cost till they hand you the bill. The front desk is horrible. Maybe they should quit and work with animals since they have no human emotions. Dont bother me i dont want to do my job is what you get with a smile

We are new to Dr Zak and the rising cost of health care is touch but my daughter was so scared. When we got there the lady at the desk was very very nice. The assistance were great and Dr Zak was patient and kind. My daughter needs work and I know part of it is because she was scared in the past. Dr. Zak explained everything so well and the girls at the desk also took the time to explain my cost and how my insurance works. We will be back soon, we will continue to go to the castle.
