Visit was fine. I think the office is not relaxing enough and needs updating. They need a water feature for tranquility and to relax. I thought the appointment was rushed. There should be a glass petition between patients and staff. I also didn’t like that they don’t offer panaramic 360 X-ray. If they would just add the glass, put in a nice glass table in the middle of the room with a beautiful flowers it would add so much. Also, having credentials on the wall, saying they meet special criteria would enhance the area as well.

We constantly had our appointments rescheduled, sometimes more than 2 times in a row, and came to expect that if we made an appointment the office would call to reschedule it. No explanations were ever given as to why, other than 'Dr. Wilson was going to be out of the office'. And, we wondered why she didn't know she'd be out of the office before giving out her schedule! We have never experienced that with any medical professional anywhere we've lived. It is very inconvenient when you need to plan your life around her constantly changing appointments. We think it is unprofessional and will be seeking a new dentist.

I've been going here over a year now, I have no complaints, great spirit in office, explains everything to you and I like that. Thanks Elizabeth for my cleaning last week. Great job. Yes Dr. I'm going to get the other work done. Have a wonderful week.

New office with latest technology. Courteous, warm and efficient staff. Visits are on time. Loved it. Dr Wilson knows what she is doing.
