Dr. Joshua Austin, DDS

Dr. Austin worked on a full mouth rehab case for my husband. He went through invisalign, veneers, composite fillings with him recently. The whole process lasted a couple of years. He was very patient and accommodating with us throughout the treatment. Lorene was fantastic to work with for billing and scheduling even though it was a challenge to get him on the schedule while being an out of town patient. She was always professional and courteous. Tiana who assisted Dr. Austin always made sure the procedures went on smoothly without a hitch. The hygienists took excellent care of him whenever he saw them for cleanings. I don’t have enough words to praise Dr. Austin’s expertise. His skills are a work of art. He uses the best lab and state of the art technology which ensures best end results. His staff makes sure the patients are treated with care and respect. I can’t thank all of them enough. Chem them out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Either the good reviews were created or the patients had no idea that they were being scamed. My first visit I was referred to a so called root canal specialist for a consultation only. This dr was just another dentist, who tried to force me into scheduling me for an expensive treatment on a tooth that was giving me no problems. Then I call to see if i can scheduling for a planning for treatment of all the issues i was having with my teeth. I called again and was told that they wanted me to see another specialist for gums. I was forced to pay for another, unneeded set of x-rays. They could easily used the same digital set that i had paid for the previous day. I am out $450 with nothing to show for it. A total scam so that his friends can make some more money.

Awesome experience - Natalie the hygienist was phenomenal (100% recommend her, but keep in mind she only works Tuesdays!)! Sought a new dentist because my previous provider retired - will definitely remain a long-term client with Austin.

Great comforting experience from start to finish! Great staff and the doc was really nice and gentle.
