Wasted nearly two hours of my time and spent it yelling at his staff and myself that he didn’t want to see me and gave clear directions. He gave NO directions, but the yelling and hand waving wasn’t needed at ALL. As I could hear and see him from the transparent glass in the waiting room. Rather than addressing a concern that HE raised to ME per our last visit and gave no direction to resolve. He said to come back as soon as it’s done, so I removed the bottom retainer as told and I came back. I literally cried in the waiting room because I hate confrontation and the entire experience was uncomfortable. As the lower gums were still red from when he saw me and got swollen further. He explained it’s pre-gingivitis and didn’t advise me of anything. I had to follow internet instructions and come back. I’m unsure how it was escalated to such an encounter. It wasn’t the best experience nor did my time feel respected.
