Dr Golden is an awesome Dentist. The Staff is friendly and very professional. I will definitely recommend West Sunrise Dentistry because the service is top notch and you will definitely leave with a smile.

Dr. Golden is a good dentist. His office staff is "nice," but the practice's billing practices amount to thievery. The "discounted" my dental service from over $1200 to $805. According to the explanation of benefits I received from my insurance company, that as an "in-network provider," they overcharged me by $355.00. My insurance company stated my TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY is $450.00, not $805.00. I kept contacting Evelyn, the insurance biller. Everyday for a week, she kept telling me that she will get back to me at the end of the day. Three weeks later, I have received no response nor my $355.00 refund. I had to file a grievance against the practice with my insurance company. I wait. This review will be updated as the story progresses.
