Totally Rude and unprofessionalI will never return to this officeTook my mother for a cleaning X-rays and to check a tooth that she chipped or lost a crown I wasn’t sure He did X-rays no cleaning His secretary printed me out 4 referrals and told me she needed a lot more than a cleaning The referrals were overwhelming He said she needed 2 teeth pulled 3 crowns a periodontist and physiodontist I’ve never heard of thatI wanted to speak to him I was told he was busy The secretary was explaining to me the referrals I couldn’t hear her he was behind me talking loudly to another patient laughing I asked him a question and he turned his back on me and went into his office and shut the door I told the secretary I had questions So she went into his office and said the daughter wants to speak to you and he said NO absolutely not I even found him to be rude to his secretary I have never been treated so badly Would never recommend him !!!

My first appointment they took x-rays then when I noted I may need a filling, they told me to come back again for more x-rays before they could work on the filling, made no sense to me.Second appointment the Dentist told me he doesn't do that work at this location. He said I need to go to other location and there may be additional costs for me. I told him I can't drive that far and he said why don't I have kids to drive me, why aren't my kids there for me. Dentist proceeded to say tell his assistant to send me home there is nothing more to do, to have me leave, and walked away and sat on the reclining dental chair with his feet up. I was so upset and nervous having been spoken to that way , after that appointment I fell down in the parking lot and scrapped up my hands and arms. Will never return to that dentist.

Dr lan, didn’t introduce himself was very rough and didn’t look at my X-rays and didn’t give a toothbrush after visit and walked right out after he was done was distracted the whole time with the assistant laughing and talking.

The office staff is nice but the doctor was uncommunicative and seemed very rushed. He was also not very gentle or thorough with the cleaning procedure. I won't be going back.

Wonderful Visit from start to finish. Office is top notch. Clean, up to date no waiting and dr. ilan s very knowledgeable.

Dr. Ilan diagnosed my dental condition and carefully explained his diagnosis to me. Very professional! And the office staff too!

Horrible!!!Dr Ilan comes in the room and introduces himself to me, for the first time, from behind and walks right over to the monitor showing my x-rays. He says, "general cleaning today". I told him I had graphing done & my gums are very sensitive. He said OK. He was very rough and very unprofessional.He spent all of 5 MINUTES "cleaning" my teeth with a TASTELESS paste. He was done and out of the room before I could even sit up to rinse my mouth out. I asked the assistant, "why is the toothpaste blah'it should have some kind of mint flavor or taste", she says the flavor is faint, There was NO flavor !! I've NEVER been to a dentist office for a cleaning and left having to put gum in my mouth just to have that fresh clean feeling.And when I came out of the room to leave, he was sitting in his office with feet up on the desk and cell phone in is hand. He doesn't give two craps about his patients I will NEVER go back to this doctor and if you know what's good for you, neither will you!

Dr. Ilan is a highly personable dentist who offers great care. He is warm, kind, affable, and easy to talk to. his dental work is top notch and quite frankly the best in the area. i have recommended a number of people to him and they have all been pleased with his services.

Great teeth cleaning. Dr. was highly informative and patient with all my questions. Will return here.

Dr. Ilan is a caring doctor and is a true professional. He has cured all of my dental problems and I am smiling again.

I would never ever come back to this doctor and his office because of his terrible service and personality. They rescheduled me 2 times for no good reason and at the last minute. The third time I came, they canceled my appointment as I could not find the office and came about 15 min late as I could not find their office. It was not even 6pm yet and their office close at 7pm on that day. Really, all what I got back from the Dr. was "That is not my problem" and it was said in a very sarcastic tone

Dr. has taken great care of me and my family. From emergencies to routine care, he is always there for us. He is kind and caring. When my son fell and broke his tooth he went in on a Sunday to see him!i highly recommend him!

The office is really nice and clean and the staff are nice for the most part. Unfortunately, in my experience Dr. Ilan is not as friendly. He doesn’t say hello or greet you in any manner. When he came into the room, he spoke with the dental assistant about me...didn’t explain anything to me... roughly looked in my mouth...made a decision on what dental procedure was needed and exited the room. Would not recommend. Due to the number of characters full review couldn’t fit. Please check Google.

I had routine dental cleaning with Dr. Ilan. Dr. Ilan keep on talking / telling stories with his assistant while cleaning my teeth , He is not focus in doing the procedure . Dr. Ilan should understand that even older adult , they must be treated as human being. Very poor customer service.
