Dr. Joshua Pollack, DDS

When I went to Dr. Pollack I was really pleased with him and his prices. That is where it stopped. When I called to set up an appointment to discuss my treatment plan I was told that the receptionist would talk to the doctor and call me back that day before they closed. No phone call. Chatted online and got nowhere there either. Was told someone would call me back and of course, no call. I again called and was told I’m sorry this happened to you and told me I would be called back that day. I guess you can guess no call back. I called back the online chat again and wanted to make sure they had my phone number correct and they did so I explained to the person about not having my calls returned and was going to look for another dentist. She said she would pass it on. Obviously they didn’t want my business so as a result I am going to go somewhere else. I don’t know how much the doctor knows about this, or if he knows I have called repeatedly without any success.
