No real help
Went for a consultation, walked out with no direction. Which was the reason I was sent there it ended up costing 315 for absolutely nothing! The doctor was very nice and friendly the staff was pretty and kept the office clean. Felt extremely rushed, spent 165 for an X-ray the doctor barely glanced at, and explained absolutely nothing. Very disappointed!

Not helpful in emergencies
Have seen the doctor many times and find him very pleasant and his hygienist is also. But the front desk staff cannot fit in any emergencies. I feel like if they would ask the doctor he would be helpful. Maybe I am wrong here but it is so difficult and disappointing that I wouldn’t recommend going here.

They are intentionally overcharging patients by charging for individual procedures that were supposed to be included in others by the contract with Cigna. Cigna sent them a letter notifying them of this, but they still continue to argue and not be honest about this! We overpaid, they sent us to collections for more, and still will not give us our money back for the over-payment!

I like the doctor. Once you get beyond his service his offices management practices are terrible. Bill you for things I've never heard of before and was never explained to me prior to performing. Charging ($45) for Oral Hygiene Coaching when I am told " You are doing a great job, keep it up." . Several other charges for services I did not even know I had. When questioning what they wanted me to pay they were very reluctant to give me a copy of the detail charges. Rip off place

Dentist is fabulous and patient and talented. His office manager is the worst - unhelpful. He needs a new office manager who doesn't turn off patients with her poor attitude and unwillingness to provide information on insurance, etc.

This dental practice gives the impression they're more motivated to make money than make correct dental decisions, even though they will tell you otherwise. In fact, that was the very first thing they told me. Shouldn't that be obvious?

Paid one week's paycheck to sit in his chair for fifteen minutes to tell me something I already knew. Then showed me a picture from a book anyone could have purchased from amazon.com. Of course they rang up unnecessary x-rays to bump up the bill for no reason. Ridiculous.
