Visited this office and Dr. Pratt seems more interested in neighborhood gossip, like where you work, who knows whom, and how she is close friends with and engages in the same social clubs as those with whom you work, etc., etc. -- This intrusion into the private lives of patients caused a disturbing wonder about patient confidentiality. Reluctant to go to a second follow-up appointment, I was then yelled at by the intake staff for not giving enough notice. Not a healthy environment.

Dr. Pratt is always very pleasant and she takes the time to answer your questions. My entire family see Dr. Pratt!
