Dr. Juliann Balski, DDS

NEVER have I received from ANY service provider the level of care I received from Dr. Balski. I had broken a tooth and despite excruciating pain, my dentist (who had seen me, said I needed an extraction, bone graft and an implant at a cost of $7k) couldn't book me until the following week. Desperate, I called Dr. Balski's office and they had me immediately come in. After she read my x-rays, she advised me I had TWO broken molars and a severe abscess. Unlike my dentist, she gave me 2 additional options; a root canal/crown or extractions with an affordable bridge down the road. Not once did she try to upsell me and she even comforted me when I burst into tears at her patience and kindness. I opted for extractions and she constantly checked to make sure I wasn't in pain during the procedure. Her concern was genuine and her insistence that I call her should I have issues was that of a friend, not a doctor. If you need dental care, THIS IS THE DENTIST TO CHOOSE IN CLEVELAND OHIO!

Dr. Juliann Balski is an excellent dentist who takes the time to carefully explain what needs to be done or what she is about to do and why. She is kind and patient and is always happy to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend her. Her entire staff is always pleasant, as well.
