The assistant staff was not friendly, made me uncomfortable. I felt that I couldn’t trust the source. Would not return.

Easy to make an appointment that accommodated my availability. Good interactions with all staff. Dr. Strong was very efficient, and very good communication from Dr. Strong, the assistant and the receptionist.

I do not write reviews typically but I wanted to share that Dr. Strong and her staff are some of the most unprofessional, aloof and arrogant professionals I have ever interacted with. Find a different provider-- from Dr. Strong to the receptionist the worst experience I have ever had at a dental provider. Failed to communicate clearly and charges hundreds of dollars for unclear guidance. Wasted my time and money and they should no longer be in practice-- communicated with other folks in the community about this experience and they shared similar experiences, confirming that this is not an atypical experience. If you are referred here, see if you can get in somewhere else.

Everyone one (Shawna, the receptionist, is so friendly and efficient), Brenda (Dr. Strong’s assistant) is very friendly, efficient and gets you prepped for the procedure , Dr. Julie is a gem and so gifted. Extremely kind and gentle and explains everything as she is doing your procedure. You are made so comfortable that time flies. The staff is the best!!!!

I am very surprised to see such negative reviews for Dr. Strong on this site as my experience with her and her staff was positive in every way. I strongly recommend Dr. Strong as she is very knowledgeable, straight forward, gentle and thorough. Treatment expenses are within that of other endodontist in Montana. Butte is a typical small town but on steroids as a result of generational alcoholism. Some citizens perceive affront where there is none and also expect an endodontist charges to be the same as a regular dentist despite the specialization. I guarantee that a neurologist will charge more than a general practitioner in Healthcare both cases of comparing apples to oranges. Please don't let those offensive reviews scare you off, Dr. Strong is a first rate endodontist.

Abhorrent, I have never dealt with a doctor more arrogant, condescending, assuming, and careless than Dr. Strong. I had general concerns, fears, angst, and I was met with a combative, demeaning attitude, which ultimately led me to leave furiously and walk out.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere! Dr. Julie Strong is the first dentist/specialist I’ve been to that truly exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Strong and her entire staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with a dentist/specialist before in my entire life. I rarely write reviews... but after my two visits there & my root canal, I was completely blown away with every aspect of my experience. I more than recommend Dr. Julie Strong to all!

Dr. Julie was wonderful and even stayed late to get me out of pain.

Horrible horrible dentist. She left a huge infection in my mouth. My primary dentist was furious. He told me to have her fix it. She wont answer the phone and refuses to fix her mistake. Dont go here! I would give no stars. I am now going to lose one of my front teeth because of this terrible dentist.

If you need a root canal, I highly recommend Dr. Strong. The atmosphere in her office is very relaxing. She and her staff even came into the office to see me on her day off. This was my first root canal but my experience was very positive!

Dr. Strong is very professional and does a great job. The whole staff is super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Strong explains everything she is going to do before she does it, making the experience way easier than anticipated. As for the person who wrote a review about drowning in their own saliva...you need to man up. I had no problems what-so-ever. I highly recommend Dr. Strong for this professional procedure. Dr. Strong is very professional and has picked a staff that is truly friendly and capable. She is always concerned with her patient's comfort and outcome. She checked in frequently to make sure I was doing well and had no negative outcomes. She took time to answer all my questions and explain the entire procedure to me. I would strongly recommend her!

If you like sitting in a chair for hours while drowning in your own spit and being tortured then this is the place to go. Not very personable, and bed side manner weren't very professional. I felt like I was drowning in my own spit and gagging before they would do anything about it.
