While waiting for my visit a patient leaving was discussing her bill with the oral hygienist, which I thought was weird. When I was Called into the office the oral hygienist started talking to me about their billing practice (I think it was because a few months earlier I had complained about a bill) . I’m 67 and have never had a doctor, nurse, dentist, or an ORAL HYGIENIST discuss billing during my appointment. It is a very uncomfortable experience.
