I had a consultation in Dec. 2015. I was having a toothache and wanting a plan to replace cracked crowns. 3 weeks later I'm in his office to have the problem tooth removed. When the tooth was removed I still had pain. To all of our surprise the wrong tooth was pulled! He excused himself to make a call to my referring dentist. I guess it was her mistake since she was the one who told me who told him....Even though he took his own x-rays! Not sure how this happened.
