Bad impression
I have dental anxiety and a decent amount of work is needed on my teeth. On my first visit Dr. Kleinman asked me if I ever did drugs- specifically cocaine, because of the way my teeth looked. I was mortified and cried in my car after the appointment. This happened many years ago, probably 8 years or so ago when I was only 23 or 24. I’ll never forget the embarrassment I felt. While looking for a new dentist I stumbled across Dr. Kleinman’s name and felt the anger and embarrassment he caused me all over again so I decided to leave this review. I should have done more when this happened years ago, but I feel it’s still worth mentioning.

Dr. Kleinman is an In-Network provider on my insurance. The office continually charged me out of network fees, then fought with me (seriously, how unprofessional) and my insurance company regarding the charges. I have paid everything owed in full and up front. I will continually give a negative review every time i receive another bill, which has been for the past year. I believe it is time for them to stop. Such a shame.

Very costly, in time and for all the interaction you have to have with the office billing to reconcile your bill. My BCBS insurance would not cover my procedure, even though my coverage should have paid 50% because the office did not send the appropriate x-rays to justify the claim.

This is a great office, the office staff is amazing and so helpful. Dr. Kleinman is wonderful and listens to your fears, and understands. He's great, if I need anything else, I will definitely go back.
