While there were some positives, in sum my experience was negative. I cannot recommend this office.There was poor follow through on insurance filing and communication.The hygienist did not pay attention to my feedback when I alerted her to an issue. Had to complain and return to have the dentist address it.In reviewing my records, I notice that my insurance was billed for a fluoride application of which I was not informed nor did I consent to.

I have to agree with all the above reviews. I have been seeing Justin Porter for over 10 years. He is one of the most compassionate and gentle dentists that I have ever had! Justin takes time with explaining to you what work needs to be done and by when. Also, he has always been very fair and stands by his work. He would be "my" choice of a dentist anywhere in the USA!! If you have children, especially take them to him.

Excellent all around. Staff are professional, helpful, friendly, excellent care from the hygienist and Dr. Porter. Immaculately clean office. Highly recommend.
