Dr. Karl Ellins, DMD

I highly do not recommend this practice. I can't speak for the doctor, but all staff that I spoke with was not helpful and does not return phone calls unless they feel like it's important, staff's words not mine. I also had a very hard time getting anyone in the office on the phone and to speak with me.

I had to get a root canal & a crown. After he did it, I started getting pain 3-4 weeks later. Surprisingly, it turned out to be an infection. Now, I have to go to another dentist, spend money AGAIN to get this redone. They were willing to fix but, they were charging me the full price. Which I didn't think was right or fair. They could have at least given me some kind of discount instead of charging me twice. He specifically told me he knew he had done a good job. In other words, he was saying "its not my fault". I've never had any issue with them. Very nice staff and pleasant atmosphere. But, after this. I will never go back again.

I have never gone to a dentist and be so welcome, and put at ease before. This goes for the new dentist who has recently joined his practice. I call him a painless dentist and when I had to go to another dentist I told him how painless Dr. Ellins is, he thanked me and started using the same procedure to his practice. Dr. Ellins is the greatest.

I visited his office as a new patient today and WOW I am so impressed! He came out to greet everyone in the waiting area (I only waited about 10 minutes). He reviewed my medical history with me, and kindly explained what we'd be doing today. He saw an issue in my X-Rays and immediately started work on me. No pain and ZERO anxiety because he explained almost every step and explained why he was switching instruments and what they did. ALSO, when he was reviewing the X-Rays and the pictures of my teeth, he explained almost every single detail and examined it with me! Not only is he interested with the quality of care but, with the relationships he builds with his patients. 10/10 recommend

Dr Ellins is the best. He's thorough, professional and gentle. He is very sensitive to your facial expressions while he works and will ask if the procedure is uncomfortable and very quickly makes adjustments. He keeps up to date with the latest technology and research.

Easy to schedule an appointment, great office staff, friendly and efficient care of dental needs.. Would definitely recommend Dr. Ellins to friends and family.

I went to Dr. Karl Ellins in an emergency because I did not know my wisdom tooth had come in so fast and strong. He quickly took me on as a new patient and pulled it within a day. Dr. Karl was great at listening to me complaining and dealing with me in this horrible time. As I was already leaving to go on vacation Dr. Karl made sure he was available to me and walked me through step by step until I fully recovered. Now I am going back to him for my last one to pull.

I've already recommended him. He is not only knowledgeable but also has a very pleasant, upbeat manner. Only dentist I've ever been to who came to the waiting area to shake hands with me on my first visit.

Great dentists are hard to find these days, and I finally found one that I can trust. Very happy with the hygienist as well, highly recommended!!!

I have been a patient of Karl B Ellins DMD, P.A. for over 20 years now and I have always received excellent dental care. From the moment you walk through the door, the receptionist greets you and always makes you feel welcomed. The hygienists and Dr. Karl B Ellins are also wonderful... They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, which always makes me feel at ease when I go in for my appointments.
