I will not be returning to this dentist. ALWAYS MAKES YOU WAIT. PUSHES SERVICES NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE.... I AM CHANGING DENTIST AND WINT BE BACK.

I have been going to this dentist for a little more than a year, in that time I have had two crowns. This last one that was completed in December was the worst. I was in the chair for 3 hours just to get the tooth prepped and the temp installed, then another 1.5 hours for the crown. I had NO pain in this tooth before the dentist worked on me, but it did have a crack. Now I can't even chew cheese with this tooth without having pain. I will never use this dentist again!

Dr. Bakow is a very caring and gentle dentist. I have extreme anxiety going to dentists but she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. She will take the time to explain everything she is doing and going to do. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Although her staff is very young, they are all very friendly and she is very patient with them and teaches them while they are assisting her. The front office staff are amazing. They are very caring and will call you later that day or next day after procedure to make sure you're doing okay. Very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Very highly recommend this office.

I came to get a tooth removed today. While I was nervous, I left the office happy and relieved. The procedure was done professionally without complications. Dr. Bakow and the staff that work with her are impressively polite. It's always a pleasure to stop by and I would highly recommend her services.

She is a breath of fresh air! I'm 70 and I left her office yesterday after getting a filling redone and there was not a speck of anything left in my mouth. She is quite unlike any other Dentist I have been to. You won't be sorry. Sign up.

Dr Bakow is very kind and understanding. She does not push any treatments on you. She understands money can be tight and leaves you with 2-3 options. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Her staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Bakow by far is my favorite dentist, she truly cares about her patients. Every time I walk in she knows me and remembers the last thing she worked on with my teeth. And she always asks about my family and she remembers the little things that actually make you feel like a patient. She makes me feel very comfortable. Her personality is very bubbly and so sweet! How can you not love Dr. Bakow? I am so glad to have met a dentist that I’m so comfortable around that can answer all my questions!

Probably one of the sweetest, and most gentle dentist I've ever had. Dr. Bakow removed my wisdom teeth, a process most of us would think would be painful and unpleasant. To my surprise it was a breeze. I was numbed and awake for the extraction. And the whole process took about 5 to 10 minutes. I had no downtime after, in fact I was playing sand volleyball 3 hours later. I barely even needed my pain medication. She talks you through the whole procedure, and makes you feel so welcomed.

I am autistic and Dr. Bakow is very patient and thoroughly explains all procedures to me. She is very friendly, listens to me and answers all of my questions. The office staff is also friendly and nice to me. She is a very good dentist, works hard and deserves a big raise. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is AWESOME!
