Dr. Kate Heflin, DDS

A few years ago, I had an implant for tooth #3, but unfortunately, it failed twice due to an improperly fitted crown from my previous dentist. Thankfully, Dr. Mitchel Godat referred me to Dr. Kate Heflin, who crafted a new crown for the implant. Her precision made all the difference—the fit was perfect, and it has been trouble-free ever since. If you're considering an implant, I highly recommend Dr. Heflin for her exceptional crown work.

Dr. Heflin is a pretty good dentist, but her support staff has absolutely deteriorated over the pandemic. Saw her for several years but the staff has horrible customer service and are argumentative with customers. Used to be the best office in the Memphis area. I am finally going to look for another dentist.

Super friendly staff, professional environment

I was raised in an environment where going to the dentist was a traumatic experience that I did only when absolutely necessary (the painful injections, gagging, and feeling uncomfortable for days after). Seeing Dr. Kate totally changed my perspective, as she treated me with dignity and respect, was kind and gentle, told me what she was going to do and why before she did it, and worked in unison with her treatment team. She takes pride in her work, has cutting edge technology, is professional in her conversation, and I cannot believe I'm saying this: I enjoyed the experience. She earned my loyalty and raised the bar; I have found my home and will go nowhere else.
