Katherine Hicks referred me to a gum specialist to have some plastic surgery. This specialist told a very different story. The specialist suggested Hicks had not eliminated a gum infection and was not fully competent. How can patients know who to trust?

Wait times are quick and everyone is very professional. Pricing is very transparent. I am extremely happy with the care I receive there!!

Given quote Dec 2020 for bridge repair but did not schedule repair appt until March. When arriving for appt, given new quote that was double the original price. When questioning why rate was now double were advised that we had 2 dental policies and we were quoted the PPO rate but now only had HMO. Our PPO plan ended Aug 31, 2020 and why we had HMO plan. We were told Delta Dental said we had 2 plans yet they never mentioned this until we questioned the quote doubling. If they were provided different info by Delta Delta than what we told them they should have mentioned it. When we questioned Dr. Hicks about it she only said we should know what we are paying for and refused to accept any responsibility for the lack of communication. I explained again that we only had HMO plan. We did not have bridge repair done and she refused to do two fillings for me when I arrived for my appt, which was a a blessing as I do not trust them to do anything! BEWARE!!!

This location is not helpful. The office is cold & uncomfortable. They were quick to say I needed a crown when I just had some gum pain. They were rough when placing the temporary crown & when I had issues that needed a root canal, they had to refer me to another location that was another four day wait, despite my pain level. I wasn’t even in much pain before this mess started.

I was very hesitant about the dental work that needed to be done. But Dr Hicks and her staff made it a breeze. She is very patient and caring. Thanks for the great service ??

Dr. Hicks was my dentist a few years ago and I was extremely pleased with her work, her demeanor, and her resistance to the institutional transformation that occurs when dental practices go corporate and pressure their associates to perform unnecessary and expensive procedures. There are honest professional caregivers whose courage to resist profiteering at the patients expense is commendable, and its clear to me that Dr. Hicks is one of those professionals. Unfortunately, associated caregivers that are employed by the same corporate owner of the practice where she worked were not, and I was compelled to stop visiting that dental office because I no longer trusted them. I hope she has found an associated dental practice where honesty is rewarded and patients are not treated as prey.

Professional and responsive services. Did not overtake services and did fillings whenever possible to avoid crown expenses. Quality cleaning services also. Very happy
