dr. beil created a dental plan for me that was very complex, more expensive, but the exact right plan i needed and now i need to find out were she works so i can complete my plan. work done to date has been excellent and customer service great as well.

I would be hesitant to recommend receiving cosmetic dental services at Northshore Smiles. I received a routine cleaning service and was satisfied with Megan’s care. In June 2021, I received a porcelain veneer at the recommendation of Kathryn Beil and paid over $1K for the service. Imagine my embarrassment when the veneer fell off while I was enjoying Christmas dinner. I had since moved out of Knoxville, TN so I contacted Northshore Smiles to see if they would be amenable to crediting a partial refund for the service. I was asked by the office manager, Haylea, to provide an x-ray and diagnostic assessment from a local dentist, which of course I paid out of pocket for. Once I provided the x-ray and diagnostic assessment, I was told that the dentist who provided the service would need to provide their assessment even though they no longer worked at the clinic. It has been two months without a resolution. My latest email communication with Haylea has not received a response.
