I really wanted to like this place. The hygienist was very good. I usually had to wait 30 minutes each time, but the place seemed empty. My old dentist gave me a bag (toothpaste, floss, brush).... nothing here. When I asked, she opened up a random drawer with cheap brushes and offered one, "uh, no thanks". The kicker.... watch out..... your going to get offered a sleep study. They'll tell you insurance pays for it, instead, expect to pay $400 for....NOTHING. This dentist loves your money!

I had gone to Dr Kelcey Rhodes' father (Dr Tom) for many years. When she took over the practice, the difference was stark. Suddenly there was pressure to buy more services, to spend more. Regular X-rays were done much more often than recommended by best practices in the field, and they wanted to use the expensive and not very useful version more often as well (full mouth); these things make money for a practice. She also mis-diagnosed something her father then caught.
