Dr. Kelly Conway, DDS

Dr. Conway is very thorough - he explains everything he is doing and why he is doing it. Excellent and helpful staff as well. We have been very happy with Dr. Conway and highly recommend his office!

He explained things so well & made our follow up appointments quickly. He & the staff were SO friendly. Also, it was the most beautiful medical office outside & in that, I've ever been to. The initial consultation was free. Hopefully, I remember to update my review when our services are complete. They made a great 1st impression. I am SO happy that our dentist referred us to a naturally-minded, airway focussed orthodontics. I see why people travel from CO & New Mexico to see him.

Dr Conway helped us when 2 other orthodontists/specialists didn’t. Her smile was pretty, but her jaw mobility was limited and caused pain. She was grinding her teeth and had trouble sleeping. Dr Conway aligned her jaw to open her airway and improve her mobility. He treats the cause, not just the symptoms. So glad he was recommended to us.

After looking at the five star reviews it is obvious that there is an intent to better the image of this office. I hope that the office has learned better practice habits. I still urge you to, should you entertain the idea of seeing Dr. Conway, ask questions up front. As patients we should not have to ask about charging practices. 4 orthodontist we went to prior, never charged a thing and did X-rays for free. The issue is why deviate from standard practice for that profession.

Dr Conway is good at what he does. However, his billing practices lack transparency. I no longer feel comfortable being his patient when his charges seem arbitrary and contradict what he tells you in person.

This man is the most intelligent man I've ever known. Complete genius. I give all my respect to this man for fixing my teeth. I was a patient of this man for over 6 years and it was the best decision I've made. If you ever need an orthodontist to do the job get Dr. Conway. He's professional, caring, and serious about his work. I myself and a Pre Dental student in college and strive to have even a fraction of this man's intelligence someday. Of all the doctors I've known, he's still the best!
