My experience is that he overcharges the patient. He wants all of his payment upfront & then I have to wait on the overcharged amount. He charged $1620.00 for the repair of one tooth. Dr. Fowler collected $ 1,433.50 that day because he thought my insurance was only going to pay$186.50. My insurance paid $480.00 so he was paid $1913.50 instead of $ 1620.00. I want my refund of $ 293.50. After all of this, I still have to have a crown put on the tooth that was repaired. A crown is $ approximately $1,000.00.
