Dr. Rusanowski is a great periodontist and also the least painless that I have had.

I've had oral surgery by Dr Rusanowski and was satisfied. In a recent appointment, though, I had a bad experience with his front desk staff. They were not responsible in submitting my insurance claims properly, and getting them to follow through responsibly was very difficult. I am thus not going to proceed with the Dr's suggested periodontal follow up procedure.
