Dr. Kenneth Simckes, DMD

Me and My family have been at this practice going back 23 years . Came here now with my kids for a check up and cleaning and was treated awfully rude from the receptionist, from th e moment we walked in we felt hostile and cold attitude from the receptionist .the place where kids are meant to be welcomed warmly because they are nervous.she spoke to us as if we were enemies and I spoke back with full respect. When it came to booking a follow up she gave us only 1 option of a date and timing ( which didn't work for us) with a threat that if we don't take that date we won't be able to come back. We'll guess what we walked out of there. Never to come back. Disgusting horrible attitude. Still when I was waiting in the waiting room I was wondering why ppl still go there they are so unfriendly. ( I must say the dentist herself was nice) the whole place is simply NOT children friendly at all!!!. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, unless you want your kids to associate dentist with negativity.

Secretary very rude so unhappy I been coming to this place for the passed 18 years and this is the first time I get such a bad service. So disappointing with her actitud.

I brought my five year old to another dentist in the area and she recommended I put him to sleep for 9 caveties (he was crying during his check up) a friend told me to try Dr. Simckes instead. In three trips, all his caveties were done and I didn’t have to put him to sleep.

Dr.Simckes is a good dentist but his office manager and receptionist are rude inconsiderate horrible people .... I would never want any of my friends or family to have to deal with such ignorant people !!!
