Dr. Kent Hales, DDS

Excellent staff greeted me and accepted my unique and painful situation with concern and assistance. I had called around trying to find a local DDS that could help with an extremely painful post operative condition from another location, not associated with any DDS locally. This was a monumental task. However, Dr Hale fit me in the same day and came up with an aggressive plan to reduce my pain and get me through a terrible experience. Because of Dr Hale I did not have to cancel a long distance flight out of the country only 4 days after my first visit. I will continue to see Dr Hale and Staff at their beautiful, clean, and newly renovated location close to our home in Sierra Vista. It was a true blessing to have Dr Hale as my dentist.

Dr. Hales is terrific, took amazing care of me when I broke a tooth and I was so grateful that he took care of issues that other dentists ignored for years! First time since I can remember that sensitivity isn't an issue! After seeing him I immediately switched my kids and I can't wait for them to meet him!

He and his staff have always been very professional. He will take the time to explain procedures and the need for them IF you ask him. Otherwise, he tends to assume you don't want detailed information.
